The Boa sisters and the Gorgons of Greek mythology

Boa Hancock, Boa Sandersonia and Boa Marigold: These three sisters are based on Mythical creatures found in Greek literature. This Term is used for three sisters who work with the Snake Venom. Two sisters Stheno, Euryale are immortals and their sister Medusa was mortal.

In One Piece both of the sisters, Boa Sandersonia and Boa Marigold have Zoan type Devil Fruit which is Hebi Hebi no mi means Snake Snake both have a different model of fruits.

Now Question arises, How its a trio if Boa Hancock doesn't have Hebi Hebi and any Snake Ability?

During my research on the topic, I stumble upon a very interesting fact. According to Greek mythology, these sisters have a Visage that turns Person into stone if anyone holds her.

Now where that I saw that?

Boa Hancock's Love Love fruit can turn people into stone. So, It's pretty interesting to know that Oda does so much research on designing his character and shape their characteristics.

It's also worth mentioning that Boa is also a very well known species of a snake boa constrictor.
